Terms & Conditions

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Cabinet Mastery! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our online course and community. By signing up, paying for, or accessing Cabinet Mastery, you ("you", "student", or "Member") agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not sign up or use the service.

1. Who We Are

Cabinet Mastery is owned and operated by Northeast Woodworks, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company located in Sisters, OR. Contact us at [email protected] for questions.

2. What You Get with Your Subscription

Cabinet Mastery is a subscription-based membership that includes:

  • Access to self-paced video lessons and modules
  • Downloadable PDFs, templates, and other resources
  • Private community access inside Kajabi (with over 350 active members)
  • Live Q&A Zoom calls 2x per week
  • Weekly new content and videos
  • Email support from the team

Coaching calls are not included in the subscription — they are a separate standalone product ($300 each).

All content is for your personal business education use only — to help you build and grow your own cabinet-making business.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Pricing is the same for everyone: monthly or annual autopay subscription (billed through Kajabi Payments, which supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
  • No payment plans or installments.
  • Your subscription starts when payment is processed.
  • You can cancel anytime — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), then access ends if you don't renew.
  • We may update pricing in the future with notice (via email or in the platform). Continued use after changes means you accept them.

4. Refund Policy — 30-Day Conditional Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee from your initial purchase date. To qualify for a full refund, you must:

  • Attend all live Zoom Q&A calls during those 30 days
  • Watch all available video lessons
  • Participate in an exit interview (we'll schedule it)

If you meet these requirements and still aren't satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days for a refund request.

No other refunds are available. This includes:

  • No refunds for change of mind
  • No refunds due to lack of technical skills (e.g., trouble using Zoom, Kajabi, or online tools)
  • No refunds for misunderstanding the course, claims, or expectations
  • No refunds after the 30-day window or if conditions aren't met

We reserve the right to deny refunds at our sole discretion if we believe the conditions weren't genuinely met.

5. Access and Termination

  • Access is personal to you — no sharing logins, accounts, or content with anyone else.
  • You may not record, download (beyond allowed PDFs), copy, repost, share, sell, or use the materials for commercial purposes (other than applying them to your own cabinet business).
  • We can revoke access immediately (without refund) if you violate these rules, share content, act disruptively in the community, or breach these Terms.
  • Access ends automatically when your subscription lapses (after final billing cycle).

6. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance for Bad Behavior

Our private Kajabi community is a respectful, encouraging space for cabinet makers to grow. We expect everyone to be positive and supportive.

Zero tolerance for:

  • Negative talk, putting others down, harassment, bullying, discrimination, or spam
  • Sharing confidential business info without permission
  • Disruptive or off-topic behavior that harms the group

We may remove posts, mute, or ban members (and revoke access) without warning or refund if rules are broken. Decisions are final.

7. Testimonials and User Content

By joining, you give us permission to use your testimonials, success stories, photos, videos, or feedback (including from the community) in our marketing — without payment or further approval. You can revoke this in writing at any time for future use.

8. No Guarantees of Results

Cabinet Mastery provides education, tools, and support to help you learn cabinet making and grow your business. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, clients, success, profits, or business growth. Results depend on your effort, skills, market, and other factors outside our control. Past student results are not typical or guaranteed.

9. Important Safety Disclaimer — Woodworking is Dangerous

Woodworking involves power tools, sharp blades, heavy materials, dust, chemicals, and other hazards that can cause serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

We are NOT teaching shop safety, tool operation safety, or providing safety training. Any tips, demonstrations, or advice in the course are for informational purposes only.

You use all tools, techniques, and information at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your own safety, following all local laws, using proper protective equipment (PPE), maintaining tools safely, and getting proper training/instruction before using any equipment.

Northeast Woodworks, LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or death — whether related to the course content, community discussions, or your woodworking activities.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The course and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or third-party services (like Kajabi, Zoom, or payment processors).

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business opportunities) arising from your use of Cabinet Mastery — even if we were advised of the possibility.

11. Dispute Resolution — Mandatory Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or your use of Cabinet Mastery will be resolved by binding arbitration in Oregon (under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or similar), not in court (except for small claims). You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon (without regard to conflict of laws rules). Venue for any non-arbitrable matters will be in Deschutes County, Oregon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you via email or in the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms (plus any Kajabi platform rules) are the full agreement between you and us.
